Who are Moderne Mentors:
Moderne Ventures looks at over 4,500 companies every year and vets them out to share the most promising companies who will change the future of our industries.
The Moderne Network is a membership of more than 700 corporations and executives within Moderne’s industries who are investors, mentors and advisors to the fund and its portfolio companies. Members of the Moderne Network are looking to redefine how they do business – they embrace the startups that are entering their industries and use our companies to innovate and differentiate themselves, create competitive advantages, and broaden their customer bases.
Moderne Mentors are a subset of our Moderne Network and have the opportunity to meet with founders from our Passport classes and portfolio one-to-one, listen to their value propositions and approach to the industry, and provide feedback to help shape their solutions. Mentors are invited to exclusive Moderne events and networking opportunities.

Commitment & What to Expect:
We ask mentors to be active in our community which means
Sign up for at least two in person (preferably) or virtual "Mentor meetings" each year - Mentor Meetings are 2 - 4 hour sessions to meet with new Moderne Passport, hear their pitches and advise them on best approaches to our industries.
Mentors are asked to give honest feedback to the Companies
Mentors are not required to follow up with companies after but are welcome and encouraged to do so.
Consider participating in at least one pilot program each year if solutions meet challenges you are facing
